Flat trade style iron flint lock with line border and feather cluster design behind cock, rounded pan, marked SHARPE, Crown over "NR" proof mark below pan, flowers on tang, a series of stars around rear of barrel, brass furniture with starburst/snowflake throughout, silver medallion behind tang on pistol grip, minor cracks in the walnut stock in various places. Two stage action works nice and tight. Circa 1800 - 1840
