A Gathering of Wild Turkeys at First Light

The wild turkey population in Virginia is on the increase and very noticeably in Westmoreland County. Wild Turkeys will scratch for seeds, insects, corn and acorns found in most parts of Virginia. This upland game bird is easily spokked and can fly or run quickly out of harms way.
